M40 Double Decal Police Helmet        HP-121
SE 64 #2343 A great smooth paint (M35 specs) double decal Police helmet in excellent
condition. The exterior paint has some light paint loss and discoloring and the decals
are near mint and as good as they get . The liner band is dated 1940 with the leather insert
in very good condition with a few vertical scratches. The chin strap is maker marked and
dated 1939 and has a painted steel buckle that is in excellent shape.
