German M35 combat helmet with textured overpaint. EF 64, #20957 with a
1940 reinforced aluminum banded liner and a 1939 aluminum buckle chin strap
with a repair. The leather liner show typical wear and soiling but is solid and in
good shape. The exterior has been overpainted with a coating of reissue or field
paint that was applied with rough stipple texture. The national shield was covered,
but the Heer decal was painted around and left completely exposed and in
excellent condition with only a few dings. Great combat look    SOLD    HC-239
